I know where this spider lives and I check on her periodically. I wondered, since it is getting chilly, whether she would be there today. Sure enough when I lifted her little house, she was there. But now encased in a flimsy little web house. Is this the way she battens down her hatches? The material she has built upon seems unwise: an old, iron machine part that is rusty and rather good at conducting cold.
I had nice Sunday today. Nice talk with my brother and lots of sun and yard work done. Now time to cuddle up with my cozy statistics text. :-(
